Immersive detox retreat combines the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern wellness practices to help you release physical toxins, mental stress, and energy blockages accumulated in your body
Designed to release physical, mental, and emotional toxins, restore internal balance, and prepare for a new cycle.
This retreat takes place in a natural, offering an environment of silence, support, and deep regeneration.
Over 3 days, you will experience a guided process of detoxification and comprehensive purification, based on the principles of traditional Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and Kriya Yoga practices.
The focus is on cleansing the body of accumulated toxins, releasing bodily memories, reducing internal inflammation, and regaining mental clarity and vital energy
During the retreat, we will work with a combination of physical therapies, energy therapies, and mindful practices:
– Kriyas for cleansing and energy activation
– Oleation (application of therapeutic oils)
– Sweating in a temazcal
